Our Parrilla with Hanging rails (for smoking meat and veggies) is perfect for grills looking for a complete, spacious and very versatile solution! Equipped with Uruguayan grill and two upper resting grilles. Its imposing clothesline allows you to hang pineapples, peppers, chicken and other foods of your choice, attracting all the eyes of the environment and enchanting you with delicious aromas and flavors.
Your Firebox can be used with charcoal, firewood, or a combination of both. You light the grill and, as the embers are generated, you spread them evenly under the grill, above the refractory bricks. The main advantage is that you can barbecue at higher temperatures, with the grill closer to the embers, without flames scorching your meats. That way you will be able to taste soft and juicy meats with much more quality!
It is essential to use refractory bricks under the grate, as they are resistant to high temperatures and potentiate the radiation of heat from the embers towards the grate.
The grill has detachable legs, allowing you to use it with legs on the floor or without legs on a bench. In addition, you can take your grill wherever you want, just disassemble the legs and it will be compact for easy transport. The wheels on all four legs make your mobility even more practical.
